Grunge it up

I had to think of an outfit for A-fash's Get together at the last minute. I had to go with my gut on this style cause I didn't feel all formal nor girly at that time. I remembered I had this Flannel shirt that I usually wear when it was rainy outside. I decided to wear it as a cover up in case the weather gets too cold.

I didn't know this style was called Grunge. I had to check my Candy Style Guide book and discovered that it was part of the Indie Style. I had to research more online and discovered that

"Grunge was a subgenre of Punk from the early and mid 1980's. Grunge was used to describe a fashion style, which consisted of torn and faded jeans, flannel shirts and ratty t-shirts ." - Urban Dictionary
